At Metzler Violin Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument or accessory purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Email or call our shop within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack the instrument or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all bows, cases, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our Glendale, California studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
